Change stopped being a project. It became the job.
Recruitment businesses are navigating change on multiple fronts: AI and automation, new technology, restructures, process redesign, cost pressure, evolving client expectations and the launch of new services. In many firms, change is no longer an occasional project. It has become part of day-to-day operational reality.
Yet one of the most common mistakes in change programmes is treating managers as people who simply need to “get their teams through it” once the decisions have already been made.
In practice, recruitment managers and operational leaders play a far more important role than that. They are often the people with the clearest view of how work actually gets done, where processes break down, what data can and cannot be relied upon, how teams really operate, and whether a proposed solution will work in the real world. Their insight is critical to shaping effective change, not just communicating it after the event.
This two-day programme is designed to help recruitment leaders, managers and operational decision-makers play that role more effectively.
The result is a more rounded, commercially grounded approach to transformation. Participants leave better equipped not only to lead their teams through change, but to contribute meaningfully to the design, delivery and success of the change itself.
Two consecutive days, running as an open course — so you can send one manager rather than a whole floor. Places are limited and the venue will be confirmed to everyone booked.
