This is my signature 5 module course that incorporates those first steps into approaching and attracting clients, the importance of rapport building in BD, how to successfully overcome those inevitable objections, generating leads, and even learning about selling to a candidate.
All modules include proven, real-life techniques to manage on the desk. Your consultants will come away with increased confidence, new skills, and an action plan to ensure they are transferring their learning to their workplace.
This course is for your new consultants, those of you who are 180 consultants about to transition to 360, and recruiters who feel a bit rusty and want to build their toolkit and confidence.
This learning experience will be fast-paced, interactive and most of all FUN! We will build learning memories together so your consultants, or you, can start to implement what you have learnt each day on the desk, with support throughout the week, from me.
This is a fantastic opportunity for your consultants to get fully immersed in their BD, and with my support and feedback each day, before and after each session, their confidence and motivation will be higher than ever.

What will we cover in Business Development – Essentials For Success?
We start off by learning about why we need clients and how to build relationships with them, using a proven sales structure
We then move on to all things BD – know how to speak to the MAN and non-Man, all while using the correct approach and selling yourself/the business effectively
Then it is time to learn how to successfully overcome those objections that will inevitably happen
The penultimate stage is working on lead generation; from starting and structuring your call to negotiating the next steps
Finally, we touch on reverse marketing or speccing in ; what is it and why do we use in our BD activity?
